Job Description :Role : Salesforce Developer. Experience : - 7+ Years. Location : Bengaluru. Notice period : Immediate 20 days. PD 1 certification is mandatory. Role :- Salesforce development/support include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with back-office systems (using middleware) and fix bugs raised by users. Participate in development workstreams, from development and testing. - Communicate effectively and address technical risks and challenges. - Provide technical support for existing custom APEX code being used on the Force. - Integrate applications with salesforce leveraging SOAP/REST based solutions. - Maintain alignment with Salesforce development best practices. Required skills :- Certification on Salesforce is highly recommended. - 7 to 9 years of IT exposure and 5 to 6 years of relevant experience is MUST. - Experience with Agile development methodologies like SCRUM. - Experience of bug fixing issue resolution in a global environment is must and critical skill.Key Responsibilities : Development and Maintenance : - Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. - Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and processes to align with business requirements. - Build user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible on various devices. - Fix bugs reported by users and proactively identify and address potential issues. Integration : - Integrate Salesforce with back-office systems and third-party applications using middleware and APIs (SOAP/REST). - Ensure seamless data flow between different systems and applications. - Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations. Support and Collaboration : - Provide technical support to users for custom Salesforce applications and functionalities. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, salesforce administrators, and end-users, to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Participate in all development workstreams, from design and development to testing and deployment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify and address technical risks and challenges.Required Skills and Qualifications : Mandatory : - PD 1 Salesforce Developer Certification Highly Recommended : Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., PD 2, Advanced Developer) 7-9 years of IT experience, with 5-6 years of relevant Salesforce development experience - Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components development Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and middleware integration - Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) (ref:hirist.tech)
