As an Art Director , you will help concept, art/photo direct, and design for Target. You will think conceptually, strategically, and work effectively helping develop world-class creative across different platforms —including video, broadcast, print, digital, social media, experiential, in-store, target.com, e-mail, promotions, and activations. You will collaborate to execute projects by ideating, photo art directing, designing, and helping manage production details. You will champion innovative thinking and you will be expected to multi-task and co-create with associate creative directors, copywriters, strategists, planners, designers, and cross functional partners. Critical to the role is staying current with the latest retail, style (fashion, home, beauty, décor), food & beverage, cultural, art, graphic, and tech trends and demonstrate application to projects. You will continuously reference competitive work and design systems to apply learnings into projects and to deepen your understanding of the Target brand, the Target experience, and our guest.
