Hiring for D365 F&O Functional Consultant Location: Remote Positions open: 5 Experience: 7 to 8 years

As a D365 F&O Retail Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing large Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce projects; should be client-focused, team-oriented, and with exceptional communication skills .

Essential Functions

• Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O D365 • Experience of developing customized solutions to complex business problems • Demonstrable consultancy experience • Strong working knowledge of business processes • Plan, configure and implement D365 F&O for our clients. • Chart of account designing and configuration of accounting structure • Year End closing process • Employ your knowledge of business processes and D365 F&O to develop solutions. • Create Business process work-though, functional requirements document and functional design documents for in-scope functionality. • Be the interface between our clients and our development & quality engineering teams – providing clarification to queries that arise • Perform user acceptance testing of the functional requirements of the system and business processes • Managing and building client relationships is your foremost responsibility • You will be a team player with strong communication skills and proactively contribute to team discussions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s in finance or Equivalent • 7-8 years of experience as Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation module. • Must have performed at least Four full lifecycle implementations of D365/ AX 2012 Finance and Operation implementations. • Hands on experience in the Finance and Operation and e-Commerce industry with a sound understanding of the value flow within ERP systems. • Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation • Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately. • Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/mitigate/resolve them • Experience of setting up Account Payable, Account Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Cost Management and Consolidation. • Good exposure to Finance and Fixed Assets Module knowledge • Ability to build the necessary test artefacts to test the functionality of the modules deployed • Good presentation and communication skills • Create end user documentation • Plan and implement user on-boarding and support post on-boarding hyper care. • Work with a global team and guide them with issue resolution
