Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled SAP Basis Administrator with expertise in managing SAP S/4 HANA environments on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our SAP landscape while collaborating with various teams to support business processes. SAP Basis Administration:
• Perform day-to-day SAP Basis administration tasks, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Manage SAP system landscapes, client copies, transports, and system refreshes.
• Install, upgrade, and patch SAP systems as needed.
SAP S/4 HANA Expertise :
• Administer and support SAP S/4 HANA systems on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement and maintain S/4 HANA best practices for optimal performance.
• Handle system migrations and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition to new versions.
Azure Cloud Management :
• Configure, monitor, and optimize SAP environments running on Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate with Azure architects and administrators to ensure the seamless integration of SAP systems with Azure services.
Security and Compliance :
• Implement and maintain security policies for SAP systems on Azure.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Work closely with the cybersecurity team to address any vulnerabilities.
Collaboration and Communication :
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other IT teams and end-users.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Documentation and Training :
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior administrators and end-users as necessary.
Skill requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Basis Administrator with a focus on S/4 HANA.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP systems on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in SAP system installations, upgrades, and patching.
• Experience with SAP security concepts and compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
