Our client is a well established, award winning and dynamic tour operator with a great reputation in the travel industry who are now seeking an experienced Cruise Consultant to join the team working remotely. This successful travel company offers various travel services across the globe including luxury European and Worldwide cruises to the discerning clientele. Our client establishes a superior customer service experience, promoting customer retention and maintaining their ‘can do’ ethos within the company.

The exciting cruise travel consultant role entails a wide range of tasks, this includes:

• Creating bespoke cruise itineraries and packages for the discerning clientele
• Professionally handling inbound telephone and email enquiries
• Maximize all sales opportunities by offering port transfers, upgraded cabins and other related ancillary products.
• Offering advice and recommendations for cruises to customers
• Offering a cutting edge customer service
• Participating in cruise ship visits and FAM trips to increase product knowledge

Requirements:

• Experience selling a range of cruises from a cruise operator, tour operator or travel agent background
• Exceptional customer services skills with excellent knowledge of cruises
• Excellent telephone manner and listening skills with the ability to anticipate customers’ needs
