Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment business unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and expanding our recruitment services, acquiring new clients, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
Develop and execute effective business development strategies to expand the client base.

Team Building and Leadership:

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing recruitment team.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages growth and achievement.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Client Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Develop client retention strategies and address client concerns effectively.
Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to anticipate and meet expectations.

Target Achievement:

Set and communicate clear recruitment targets for the team.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and support to meet and exceed targets.
Implement performance metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment strategies with overall company objectives.

Team Activities and Culture:

Plan and organize team-building activities to enhance collaboration and morale.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that reflects the company's values.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry and business development strategies.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.
