the Candidate should have Graduate with Payroll process Experience like..

a) payroll experience is a must whether working with a payroll vendor or
using tools like Quickbooks, GreyTHR, Razorpay etc.

b) Hands On knowledge on Excel, accounting , Statutory compliances and year end activities.

c) HR Ops activities viz. Preparation of letters, Managing consultant agreements &
renewals,Leave & attendance management etc. On-borading & Induction experience
will be an added advantage.
