Job description
We are looking for Sr. Academic Counselors to guide students about IIDE s Digital Marketing Courses. Candidates should have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills. They should be active listeners with a passion for education and student journeys. Must be able to guide students with various career opportunities. Work experience with Edtechs will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Counsel students for their course enquiry
- Counsel students and concerned parents inperson and on the phone
- Complete daily weekly and monthly targets
- Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales and Reports
- Will be given additional responsibilities as senior counselors.
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience
- Fluent Written & Spoken English Language Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Interest in Sales and Counseling
- Knowledge of CRM and EdTech Work Experience
- Multitasker
Expected deliverables/KPIs:
- Minimum 5060 connected calls a day.
- Weekly revenue targets to be met consistently as per the batch requirements.
- 23 hours of talktime per day on average.
Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement in student-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadership experience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Track record of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towards collective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset, adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at every step.
