About Our Client Our client is a fast growing company in the health care space supplying lasers to integrator of medical devices for a wide range of diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical applications. Job Description Reporting into the leadership, your responsibilities will include the following:
Develop product requirements and marketing programs for capital equipment, instruments and disposables for use in stone and soft tissue management procedures.
Establish new product introductions, including strategic positioning, pricing, promotion, training and education programs.
Plan and coordinate execution of local commercial launches; drive capital equipment sales along with collaborative efforts for disposables (fibers)
Develop plans for trade-shows, clinical events and user meetings
Develop and execute training programs for sales & marketing and clinical education to local distributors with support from company's HQ
Identify and manage local distributors
Forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring business activities.
The Successful Applicant
8-10 years of experience Urology capital equipment or similar medical field in India, China, and/or South East Asia
Personal direct sales experience of medical devices to hospitals and private offices
Familiar with clinical studies and regulatory approvals for medical device
Technically and clinically proficient in the laser medical field or with high-tech medical devices
