Manager - IOT Development
Exp: 10+ Years Looking for seasoned Technical Engineering Manager with hands on expertise and deep technical knowledge in enterprise architecture. The software is built to run in a public cloud environment with edge devices ingesting large amounts of data. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building multi-tiered products in the IoT domain. Roles and Responsibilities: · Manage a team of 6-10 software developers in Cloud/Edge/Computer Vision Products . Drives progress by re-enforcing NPI phase gate process. Champion of Change Management in project scope and team capacity. Ensure NPI meets product / project cost, and end user requirement. Leads weekly project meetings coordinating cross functional team member’s tasks and due dates. · Work with product managers and technical teams in a cross-functional environment, to implement high-quality products that meet business goals. Act as a technical liaison between customers, engineering teams and support. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Conduct design review with architects and PM to ensure new products meet specification. Work closely with project manager to drive successful project completion and meet schedule. · Candidate will be reporting to senior leaders in engineering team, assume ownership, be a self-starter, creative, and energized to technically drive the team’s mission. The candidate will operate with a high degree of “end-to-end ownership” with collaborative & result oriented approach.
