Position Description
Roles & Responsibilities – Platform Admin Activities
• Consultants on projects during the feasiblity phase for
 Technical questions and recommendations
 Architecture Design.
• Project Software installation, configuration, and support.
• Level 3 escalation support for automation projects and vendor interaction.
• Navigation and understanding of Windows Server OS & Cloud Environments to assist
 Assist during automation troubleshooting.
 View, understand and extract system logs.
 Assist development team during project design (if applicable)
 Understand and detect any system or access related issues for Active Directory, User Entitlements, Database connectivity etc.
• Ensure platform uptime and assist to provide and maintain a highly resilient infrastructure and automation.
• Create and maintain any necessary monitoring and alert system.
• Resource should also participate as part of the regular server patching rotation.
Preferred Qualifications – Onboarding Automations
• Primary technical point person for automation projects
• Onboard automation project BAU tasks.
 Uipath Orchestrator Set-up
 Uipath Robot Set-up
 Scheduler Set-up
 Custom Alerts configuration
 DR Set-up
 Code Migration
 User Set-up
 Application ID - * (if applicable)
 Set-up NAS Shares - * (if applicable)
 Set-up SQL DB - *(if applicable)
 Set-up Entitlements - *(if applicable)
• Assist development team during initial automation testing and verifications with projects groups and during production implementation.
• Creating/Maintaining project related documentation.
• Project handoff/training meeting to support and vendor interaction.
