Job description
Collaborate withstakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product.
Managing the Customerdiscovery, customer validation, customer creation and company buildinglifecycle (MVP, Product-market fit and scale)
Defining productvision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders
Product marketing andproduct growth: Develop and execute aproduct marketing strategy, develop product growth plans
Actively collaboratewith technical teams, invite them for user-research, remove bottlenecks
Work with internal andexternal contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
Work closely withproduct management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlogaccording to business value or ROI
Overseeing all stagesof product creation including design and development
Monitoring and evaluatingproduct management progress at each stage of the process

Primary Responsibilities:
- Overall, 10-15 years of experience, Bachelors degree in engineering or MBA from a premium institute
- At least 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, large scale product management in customer and retail facing applications
- Excellent knowledge of user-centred design thinking principles, Ability to work with large cross-functional teams, Understanding of design quality standards
- Experience in building customer facing digital ecosystem. Front end Apps (like web, native mobile apps, PWA), content management systems (like Sitecore, Drupal), web analytics (like GA360), SEO, per
- Understanding of automobile (and other similar products) customer lifecycle, understanding of automobile retail mgmt ecosystem, both offline channels and digital channels
- Working understanding of design of experiments (DOE), ability to mine data with SQL/python, generate insights with BI tools is a plus
Additional Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Working knowledge of product development architecture
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Working experience with software product development collaboration tools like JIRA, confluence, MS planner, trello, Asana. Experience with user research tools and user-testing tools
