Job description

- Please Note That Fmcg (Especially Food Brands/Beverages) Experience Is Mandatory.

Position Overview :

- As the Area Sales Manager for AP, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations within AP, with a focus on managing and expanding relationships with large distributors. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and enhance the market presence of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

1. In the 4 districts namely - Chittor, Nellore, Anantpur and Kadapa, you'll be responsible for appointing superstockists as well as distributors.

2. Maintaining relationships with the existing and new distributors.

3. Establishing new channels as well as strengthening existing channels.

4.
Must Be Willing To Travel.

Qualifications :

1. 8-15 years of experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry.

2. Demonstrated success in managing and expanding relationships with large distributors.

3. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

6. MBA in any field will be preferred.
