Responsibilities:
Develop and implement plans to achieve corporate objectives.

Look for new partnerships ventures and sources of income.
Collaborate closely with agents to develop and implement marketing and sales plans that are in line with our corporate goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Proven experience 2 years in a sales and marketing role within the BFSI sector and life insurance.
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Indepth knowledge of financial markets and regulations.
