Job description
Position Summary This role will be responsible for carrying out various analysis related to overall business, specific analysis related to Sales, Revenue, Products, Markets and other KPIs for the business. This position will help management to understand overall business trends and insights. Also, will support Marketing team in execution of strategic growth initiatives, MarCom initiatives and other projects.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for top management on daily, weekly and monthly basis Prepare comprehensive annual price lists under guidance for channel partners and different customers covering various products and services Partner with the sales, application and distribution team to support pricing development studies aimed to improve pricing efficiency and effectiveness Provide ongoing support to various functions with the systematic use of both historical and predictive data to make informed pricing decisions Maintain tools, reporting & scorecards to track key metrics Partner with the sales to improve the brand awareness by social media marketing, branding on products and packaging, improving the existing website and participating in various trade shows Prepare marketing communications plan covering different activities like success stories, newsletters, product communications, festival greetings Work closely with Sales team to improve various tools i.e. CRM, SAP, etc. Skill Sets: Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations 3-4 years of related experience Excellent interpersonal, skills with an ability to work with diverse teams in multiple locations Ability to work independently and yet be fully accountable Good people management skills, including the ability to effectively leverage people at remotely located regional offices and sites Strategic thinking and acting, ability to get results through others and customer handling skills Knowledge of various analytical tools not limited to excel and Power Bi Leadership Dimensions that are expected from this Position.
