Job description

Qualifications :-

• The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of product support experience or the equivalent in work experience. Knowledge of IIS, ASP.NET and Web technologies along with the knowledge of Programming and debugging skills in Managed and Unmanaged space with the ability to read and analyze network traces is required.
• Candidates must have strong customer service, accurate and logical problem solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Must have technical skills:
• Dot Net Framework
• IIS & ASP.NET Web Technologies
• Visual Studio
• Windows Internal
• Familiar with fundamentals of Cloud Computing and Windows Azure Technologies
• Familiar with fundamentals of Windows Communication Foundation [WCF]
• Familiar with fundamentals of Computer Network
• Familiar with fundamentals of Windows Operating Systems like Memory management, Process,

Good to have technical skills:

▪ Basic Understanding of Java, Node.js , Python, PHP, Ruby
• Familiarity with WebAPI & REST
• Familiarity with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)
• Understanding of Open Web Interface for .NET (OWIN) and Katana
• The ability to read and analyse network traces
• Familiar with tools like WinDbg and tools from Sys internals
