Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Admissions Counselor at Universal AI University in Kolkata. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for leading the admissions team, providing excellent customer service to prospective students, and implementing sales strategies to achieve enrollment goals. The Senior Admissions Counselor will also be responsible for educating prospective students about the programs offered by the university.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Education or Counseling background is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in higher education admissions is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with CRM software is preferred
