TYPE: FULL TIME
Salary: 30K - 40K
Location: Vasant Kunj, South Delhi
Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant field with Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Head Physiotherapist to join our clinic team. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy care to our patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and implementation. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring other physiotherapy staff.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and creating individualized treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques.
- Administering physiotherapy treatments to patients, such as exercise programs, manual therapy, and others as required.
- Monitoring and evaluating patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Providing education to patients and their families about injury prevention, self-care, and treatment options.
- Providing leadership, mentoring, and support to other physiotherapy staff.
- Participating in quality improvement activities and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Physiotherapist, with demonstrated expertise in a variety of treatment modalities and patient populations and a Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with electronic medical records and other relevant software.
