Job Title: Windchill Technical Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Windchill Technical Consultant to join a top MNC. As a Windchill Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance in the implementation, customization, and support of Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windchill, with the ability to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to PLM processes and data management.
2. Design, customize, and implement Windchill PLM solutions based on client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
3. Provide technical leadership in configuring and extending Windchill capabilities, including workflows, lifecycles, access controls, and data migration.
4. Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure the stability and performance of Windchill environments.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of Windchill with other enterprise systems.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new features within the Windchill platform to provide proactive recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, installation guides, and user manuals.
8. Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to promote efficient use and administration of Windchill PLM.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Windchill Technical Consultant or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience in Windchill PLM implementation and customization.
3. In-depth knowledge of Windchill architecture, configuration, and administration.
4. Strong programming skills in Java and Windchill APIs for customization and integration purposes.
5. Experience with CAD integration, data migration, and system upgrades within the Windchill environment.
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Relevant certifications in Windchill PLM will be a plus.
