Job Title: Social Media Manager Location:
Covo Del Bambino, Sion, Mumbai Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital storytelling and adept at increasing our online presence across various digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, and Mobile. This role involves working closely with our team to understand the briefs and create digital business and marketing strategies that align with our current campaigns and planning for new engagements to bridge the gap. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies across all platforms to increase our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our programs. Create compelling content using various applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InShot, etc., to support our digital marketing campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media activities and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to propose and implement new marketing strategies. Work closely with the educational and administrative teams to ensure that the social media strategies align with Covo Del Bambino’s objectives and values. Devise solutions through digital channels as and when required to support and enhance our digital presence and engagement. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, and Mobile. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InShot, etc. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies. Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Passion for education and an understanding of the preschool and childcare industry is a plus.
