Role Description Supporting the HRBP’s in ensuring their day to day tactical or transactional activities are closed. They would be acting as a first line of contact for the employees to reach out in case of people issues (HR Policies related, payroll related, HRMS related, issues related to HR Process, leaves, shifts, performance related – like how we have PACE) They would be first line of people who trouble shoot all these issues. Managing the HR Calendar o Conducting HR Engagement activities on the ground o Going around the team’s and doing pulse check Supporting the HRBP in executing the HR Org wide projects on the ground (R&R, ELC activities, Women’s Day activities etc.) Maintaining the HR Dashboards, HR Metrics, employee master file management o Creating monthly reports Ensuring there is governance around all the HR activities that we do Ensuring governance all the reporting and maintenance of all information regarding an employee from entry to exit is one place.Job tags
