Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Bawal, Haryana. The
ideal candidate should possess a B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics and
Communication Engineering and have 4-6 years of experience in HVAC maintenance. As an HVAC
Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide range of critical duties related to the
maintenance and operation of HVAC equipment and utility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the formulation of engineering proposals and evaluate engineering proposals.
Solve important and challenging problems in HVAC equipment and other maintenance
systems.
Organize and update equipment operation records for utility equipment.
Lead technical training related to HVAC equipment, including screw and centrifugal chillers,
brine chillers, air compressors, dryers, AHU/MAU/FCU units, heavy-duty water pumps,
cooling towers, and vacuum systems.
Coordinate property personnel to explore energy-saving improvement opportunities and
monitor progress.
Conduct regular property energy-saving inspections and follow up on improvement
progress.
Manage special equipment maintenance, spare inventory, and troubleshooting records.
Lead a team to perform daily inspections of the property's internal operations and
maintenance, identifying hidden quality hazards.
Responsible for the preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports and daily
energy consumption records.
Complete tasks as assigned by superiors and the regional Facility Engineer (FE) manager.
Requirements:
B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and
Communication Engineering.
4-6 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and operation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, including screw and centrifugal chillers, brine chillers, air
compressors, dryers, AHU/MAU/FCU units, heavy-duty water pumps, cooling towers, and
vacuum systems.
Strong organizational skills for managing equipment operation records and energy-saving
initiatives.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proficiency in preparing MIS reports and maintaining daily energy consumption records.
