Responsibilities
Teaching and Training :
- You’ll be responsible for instructing and training a dynamic group of students.
- Your focus will be on various techniques and dance styles, including Indo-Western fusion.
- Ensure that all students are engaged, motivated, and inspired to achieve their goals in their chosen area of dance.
Curriculum Development :
- Develop dance curriculums and prepare lesson plans.
- Tailor your teaching approach to accommodate different skill levels and learning styles.
Communication and Engagement :
- Communicate effectively with a diverse group of teachers and students.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their dance goals.
Performance Preparation :
- Choreograph routines for recitals, concerts, and performances.
- Select appropriate music for these events.
Teaching Formats :
- Conduct both group and private lessons as required.
- Create a fun and creative environment for learning.
Continuous Learning :
- Stay up-to-date in your discipline and implement any changes to dance routines and curriculum as needed.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in dance or a qualification from an accredited college.
- Previous teaching experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills .
- Be energetic, driven, creative, and dependable .
- Demonstrate patience and leadership skills .
School Timings : 8:30 to 4:30
Salary Range : 25k to 30k
