Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Hands-on Java Tech Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing software systems using full stack development technologies such as Java, React, and Python. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, architect and develop customised solutions, and provide technical guidance to ensure development teams are building to specification.. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with gradual progression from Programmer, Tech Lead and Architect role. Location: India Job Description: Responsibilities: Design and architect software systems using best practices in full stack development in Java and React Work with customers to understand the business requirements and build a roadmap for execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize requirements Chief architect with hands on ability to design, code, review and to deliver quality product and implementation. Delivery quality product and software with unit, integration and regression testing principles and build test automation culture. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership Develop and maintain technical documentation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in programming, tech lead and software development and architecture 5+ years of expertise in full stack development using Java, React, and Python Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact with clients to understand complex business processes and extract and prioritize requirements Ability to lead remote team members productively.
