Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Sales Executive. As a Banquet Sales Executive, the incumbent will be reporting to food and beverage manager and responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business, and maintaining customer relationships. This role also involves planning and managing events, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining weekly/monthly reports and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, with experience in event management and banquet sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of the hotel and catering industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Fluency in English language. Knowledge of other languages would be advantageous.
