We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead three teams across our Salesforce Cloud functions within our Client Technology division. Your role in the Team

You will be working with teams that implement changes on Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Salesforce Service Cloud is used across the client lifecycle by multiple business operations teams to support their day-to-day work. Salesforce Marketing Cloud is used by the business to reach our clients with important information using multiple communication channels.

What You'll Do

As the Technical Manager you'll help ensure that Product Managers priorities key deliverables , whilst providing them with insights and planning.

  • Work with the business and other tech teams delivering new functionality for the business
  • Produce technical plans for delivery, help design end to end flow, work with other teams
  • Own the entire SDLC – influence the team in how it works from requirements gathering to go live and monitoring.
  • Help develop and nurture talent in the team.
  • Develop the maturity of the applications and processes within the team.
  • Ensure team remains with SLAs for delivery, incidents and problems and that best practice is followed.

What You'll Need For This Role

  • Communication - Is able to work with people from different parts of the world to first understand their problems, keep them engagements and build good rapport.
  • Salesforce Tech Stack - Understand Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Understand Java applications. Is able to help the team design and make decisions.
  • Delivery - Is able to plan large pieces of work for the team and ensure delivery is end to end.
  • Nice to have - Comes from a Salesforce background with certifications.
