Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing social media accounts, responding to customer reviews, and implementing social media strategies. The Community Manager will also be responsible for creating engaging content and monitoring online communities.

Qualifications
  • Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Community Management skills
  • Experience in implementing social media strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with online reputation management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
