Key Responsibilities:
A. Strategic Operations Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize overall company operations.
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
B. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align operational strategies with business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture across different departments.
C. Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Implement best practices to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
D. Resource Management:
- Oversee resource allocation, including workforce planning, project staffing, and skillset alignment.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet project and organizational goals.
E. Tool Evaluation and Automation:
- Evaluate existing tools used in company operations and identify opportunities for automation.
- Conduct regular audits to streamline processes and recommend tools that enhance efficiency.
F. Key Initiatives to Improve Overall Company Performance & Operations:
- Lead and drive key initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance and efficiency of the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
G. Risk Management:
- Assess operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to safeguard company interests.
H. Departmental Management:
- Lead and manage various operations departments, including HR, Admin, Business Management Operations (BMO), Resource Management Group (RMG), etc.
- Ensure effective coordination and collaboration among different departments.
I. Strategic Initiative Management:
- Take charge of end-to-end operations for key strategic initiatives initiated by the CEO.
- Work closely with department heads to implement initiatives aimed at improving overall quality and efficiency throughout the company.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing diverse operational functions.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of IT services and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
