Workday Functional Analyst:
- The Workday Analyst will be responsible for investigating and assisting in the resolution of Workday Compensation and Benefits application issues, data discrepancies, and system enhancements and improved user experience.
- 4+ years of HR systems experience with exposure to Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, and/or Time Tracking
- Work closely with Compensation & Benefits teams to maintain all touch points with Payroll.
- Familiar with internal controls and data privacy regulations.
- Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and charts.
- Required Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
