To establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, conducting outdoor activities.
Build corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and deal closure with necessary documentation
Build strong network and long-term relationship with clients and industry partners.
Communicate effectively with clients and key decision-leaders to grow the customer base and increase market share.
Generate new sales through various channels, including clinic visits, cold-calls, and emails.

Contribute to the development and execution of the sales and business strategies to increase sales revenues and market expansion
To be in charge of developing the company s profitability and growth through efficient management of sales team, sales and marketing plans.
Acting as the main point of contact with the clients in the region.
Maximizing growth potential of our Lab within the region.
To prepare and put up daily & periodical reports & analysis to the management and build creative strategies to grow success rate.
Should be able to forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue
To achieve 100% sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
To identify improvements or new requirements by keeping self-updated on latest trends, industry standards, competitors activities & offerings.
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Keep detailed records of all clients and update them from time-to-time.
Plan work schedules, weekly & monthly timetables with the area sales team
Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.
To identify weak areas of the team & services and make efforts to improve the same.
Desired candidate Profile:
MBA in Marketing preferred along with Graduation from reputed University/Institutes
