About the Role:

The role is to lead all digital marketing channels to deliver acquisition of talent for global migration. This role is based within the Supply team and would own the acquisition funnel for various professions in healthcare(Doctors, Nurses and AHPs), IT (java developers, SAP consultants, Cyber Security etc) and Blue Collar (Drivers, Tilers and so on). This channel would be the biggest acquisition driver and therefore directly impacting fulfilment and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the paid media channels (Meta, Google) and deliver monthly targets on talent supply with the CAC objectives Work with different stakeholders to create compelling communication and best in class collateral development Own organic channels of SEO and Blog to generate free traffic and inbound leads Work with influencers to create awareness and preference for Tern as the global migration platform of choice Deep dive with the CRM team to understand the drop in the funnel and improve lead quality accordingly Iterate with Creatives, Lead forms, LP optimisation etc to drive efficient CPLs and high CVRs Manage a team of 2-3 marketing managers/analysts, invest in their upskilling and career growth

Requirements:

Looking for entrepreneurial individuals who can thrive in ambiguity and respond quickly to new business objectives Need for speed and passion for data. A strong mix of creative and mathematical skills. A minimum relevant experience of 4+ years running lead gen campaigns at scale Very strong hands-on skills on Meta and Youtube Understand cultural nuances for campaigns in multiple languages and international geographies. BTech/MBA from pedigree colleges preferred Experience/understanding of the healthcare sector preferred
