Responsibilities:
- Brazing Operations: Execute brazing operations to assemble and join radiator components, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on brazed components, identifying and addressing any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot brazing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet production schedules and deadlines, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to create a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of brazing processes, parameters, and any adjustments made for future reference.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Brazing Technician, preferably in the radiator manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in brazing techniques and equipment operation.
