RESPONSIBILITIES: Agreement Review: Read and analyse various types of agreements (e.g., IP license agreements, NDAs, service agreements) to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Identify potential risks and areas for improvement in agreements. Assist in drafting and revising agreements as needed. Research Work: Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents. Prepare summaries and reports on research findings. Piracy Control Support: Assist the team in investigating potential infringement cases. Monitor online forums and marketplaces for signs of infringement. Participate in meetings and discussions with team members and external partners to ensure mitigation of infringement. Additional Duties: Maintain detailed records of work performed. QUALIFICATIONS: Currently enrolled in an accredited law school or recent law school graduate. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases. Familiarity with intellectual property law is a plus.
