Job Description: Team Leader - Demand
Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team
Leader - Demand to oversee and drive the demand generation efforts of
our sales and teams. The Team Leader - Demand will play a critical role in
developing strategies, and leading a team to generate high-quality leads
and opportunities for our products/services. The ideal candidate should
have a strong background in demand generation, a strategic mindset, and
excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities - Lead Nurturing: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to
develop effective lead nurturing programs that guide prospects
through the sales funnel.
- Team Leadership: Provide clear guidance, direction, and mentorship
to a team of demand generation specialists, ensuring they meet and
exceed performance targets.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and lead data
to optimize strategies, identify trends, and make data-driven
recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ,
marketing, and product, to align demand generation efforts with
overall business objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget,
allocate resources effectively, and ensure a strong return on
investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage marketing automation tools,
customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analytics
platforms to streamline processes and measure results.
Qualifications And Skills Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
is preferred. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Experience: 2- 3 of experience in Team Handling, marketing, or related
roles, with a proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue
growth.
