Role Description
- Develop customized resumes aligning with candidates' professional backgrounds and career aspirations.
- Analyze job descriptions to tailor resumes for specific positions and industries.
- Review and edit resumes for clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy.
- Ensure visually appealing and well-organized layouts for easy readability.
- Utilize Canva software and industry-appropriate templates to enhance overall resume presentation.
- Implement keyword strategies for improved discoverability in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Convert documents to PDF format, ensuring consistent formatting across various devices.
- Use industry-appropriate formats and templates to elevate resume aesthetics.
- Conduct vendor call services to gather relevant information for resume creation.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information
What we are looking for:
- Overall, 1 to 5 years of experience in Resume Writer.
- Flexible to work from office India hours (IST Time Zone 11AM - 8PM or 2:00 PM-11:00 PM).
Location: Hyderabad/Chennai
