Job description
- Hands on Experience to Hanle Fully automatic module line with latest equipment s like -
MBB Stringers, Auto Bussing, Auto tapping, Auto JB soldering, Auto shorting.
- Responsible to Hanle Shift operation.
- Produce the Module as per Plan with good quality.
- Daily work Management Report
- Daily defect report & analysis from critical Stages.
- Monitoring of daily rejections.
- Daily report, production report, and report of rework & rejection analysis Maintaining shop floor upkeep through 5s.
- Consistency in production output and manpower Handling.
- To ensure raw material consumption in accordance with BOM
- Optimize the manpower to reduce conversion cost.
- Ensure smooth and efficient production of Solar PV Manufacturing line.
- Ensure the highest quality standards for products manufactured.
- Optimization of BOM rejection
- Preparation of Daily Production MIS Report
