MARKETING HEAD

Location:

Muthoot Automotive Division, Kochi, Kerala

Brands to Handle:

Jaguar Land Rover, Tata, Honda Cars, Honda Two wheelers, Yamaha Two wheelers

Automotive Experience will be an added advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

Ø Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field Ø Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager (including digital) or a similar role. Ø In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Ø Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software. Ø Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ø Creative mind-set and the ability to think outside the box to create innovative marketing campaigns. Ø Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ø Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, digital marketing news, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

· Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives. · Identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis to create effective marketing plans.

Content Marketing:

· Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant content across various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing. · Ensure content is optimized for SEO and designed to resonate with the target audience.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

· Monitor and improve the company's online visibility and organic search rankings through effective SEO techniques. · Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices and algorithm changes to implement optimization strategies.

Paid Advertising:

· Manage digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) ads, display ads, social media ads, and other paid media channels. · Optimize ad performance to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation.

Social Media Marketing:

· Oversee the company's social media presence, create engaging content, and interact with followers to build a strong online community. · Leverage social media platforms for brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Email Marketing:

· Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, lead nurturing, and promotional emails. · Analyse email performance and optimize campaigns for better results.

Website Management: · Work closely with the web development team to ensure the company's website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. · Use web analytics to track website performance and identify areas for improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

· Analyse the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, using various analytics tools and KPIs. · Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.

Budget Management:

· Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources. · Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product, and creative teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
