Job description
Project Management:
Lead and manage end-to-end eco projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and QA, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirement Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for Shopify development.
Implementation and Customization: Oversee the implementation of Shopify solutions, deep understanding of marketing apps ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage customization efforts, including the development of custom modules, workflows, and integrations.
Third-Party Integrations: Coordinate the integration of Shopify with third-party apps and services.
Ensure seamless communication between Shopify and other business-critical systems.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes for Shopify projects.
Collaborate with testing teams to conduct thorough testing of implementations.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Shopify web applications.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance user experience and platform efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of Shopify projects, including technical specifications, configurations, and customizations.
Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.); PMP or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Proven experience (Min 5 years) as a Technical Project Manager with a focus on Shopify projects.
Deep understanding of E-commerce retail processes and trends.
Hands-on experience with implementations and customizations.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of back-end technologies, including but not limited to server-side scripting languages, with specific awareness of Node.js (Nord.js).
Familiarity with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React and Next.js, and their integration within the Shopify ecosystem.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both back-end and front-end development teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
