Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering Learn details about our product and service offerings
Address any questions or issues customers may have communicated with customers to understand their requirements and need offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
Acquisition of new clients – open market acquisition, cold calling, through referrals, etc
Acquiring Large Clients with high margin
Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.
Taking incoming calls and generating sales on calls and providing solutions over the calls according to concern raised by customers.
