Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The role will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all company Financial/Accounting-related activities.
- This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, financial analysis and financial control.
- Investor Relationship Management - Leading Debt Fundraising & Supporting Management with Equity Fundraising.
- Responsible for monthly MIS and dashboards as required and support the founders with the data at any point and time.
- Managing financial controls and accounting procedures with the help of the Finance Manager, this function provides seamless functional support to the business. We are building and maintaining a highly motivated team.
- Developing and leveraging relationships with clients, partners and other financial institutions.
- Execute the financial strategy of the company.
Desired Candidate Profile : CA / ACWA / Any Master's Degree in Finance with 8-10 years of Finance experience preferably from a startup.
