Job description
•Multi-dimensional report delivery with focus on consistency and accuracy while ensuring all deadlines are met. •Must be able to understand the business drivers, the variances and be able to provide insightful commentary articulating the story behind the numbers. •Manage multiple projects, while balancing project scope, resources, finances, milestones and deliverables. •Adhere to PMO SDLC standards defined with stage gating and budget change control. •Proven ability to collaborate in a virtual, multi-cultural, multi- geography environment •Leverage data & Analytics and advanced BI tool to automate reporting process within GDC •Contribute to KGDC's strategic objectives, provide thought leadership by researching trends and implementing industry best practices to take KGDC up the value chain •Demonstrate ability to identify, analyze and present solutions to technical issues, wherever applicable •Act in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal risk management requirements •Leverage data & Analytics in areas applicable like Project budgeting and cost review. •Monitor performance of GDC utilization against budgets •Proactively engage in cross-functional communication and sharing of information
Educational qualifications •Must be a graduate from any stream, MBA and PMP Certification is preferred Experience: •6 to 8 Years of Experience • Skills or Knowledge / Work experience •MS Office Suite •Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel •Project management skills •Collaboration Skills/Stakeholder Management •Problem Solving •People Management #KGS #LI-SP2Job tags
