Sales manager Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for driving - sales generation through the DSA channel and appoint connectors
- Identification & recruitment of BDEs, Agency / DSA forces up to expectation.
- Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of products, operation and current market trends.
- Achieve New Business targets from time to time
- Achieve Activation targets month on month.
- Conducting periodic performance reviews with BDEs
- Establish sales reporting mechanisms as per company standards
- Operation experience along with the Sales is an added advantage
Required Candidate Profile:
• 3+ years of sales experience in secured and Unsecured loans
