Job description
- We seek a Customer Service Manager specializing in managing customer and distributor service desks for a leading player in financial services, venturing into wealth management with a focus on innovative and customer-centric tech-driven financial solutions.
Requirements : - 1-3 years must have worked in AMC support call centre. - Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Customer Service, or a related field. - Strong customer service skills, and familiarity with AMC support systems. - Proficient in training and onboarding processes. Effective problem-solving and coordination abilities Responsibilities : - Opportunity to influence key customer service strategies and contribute to business growth and client satisfaction. - Managing customer and distributor service desks. Leading onboarding processes for customers and distributors. - Coordinating with RTA and exchanges on transaction issues. - Running regular training for onboarding. Influencing PnL through customer service initiatives. - Understanding and managing RTA-related workflows Work mode : Onsite/Work from office Work Location : Multiple locations Number of positions open : 3 CTC : 5 LPA (Negotiable)Job tags
