- Role: Phone Manager – Bancassurance
- Age: Below 30 years.
- Education: Any Graduation
Skill Set Required
- Result Orientation.
- High level of motivation and perseverance.
- Sales mindset and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge/technological skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to converse in English & Kannada is essential.
- Proficiency in other languages such as Marathi, Telugu or Gujarati is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Calling and identifying potential customers from allocated campaigns
- Convincing prospects about products
- Ensure timely call backs and follow-ups for closure of sales
- Ensure correct information is provided to the customer on calls
- Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
- Ensuring 80% Login to issuance
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and keep relative records
- Telephonic Sales conversions
- Zero mis-selling
- Maintaining performance achievement as defined by the company.
- Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information.
- Ability to manage customer queries, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer and convince the customer positively.
