Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Area Manager LAP working on-site in Bengaluru and Delhi. The Area Manager LAP will manage the overall operations within their designated area, ensure efficient service delivery, meet sales targets, and adhere to compliance standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred
2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Banking
Experience in Loan Against Property is a must
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and meeting operational targets
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
