Job description
EThames College is looking for Dynamic Placement Coordinator to elevate its student's Career Journey. The Roles and Responsibilities include: Ø Coordinating placement-related activities, arrangement for campus placements, public relations, soft skills training, etc. Ø Only point of contact for placements & internships and handling all kinds of activities from the start of posting the Job to providing the offer letter to the students. Ø Coordinating and managing the entire placement process for every company that recruits from the Campus with the support of a student placement team Ø Maintaining a constant interaction with clients. Ø Driving tie-ups with top-notch companies for manpower requirements Ø Besides placements, organized events like interaction with guest lecturers with industrial experts who guide students in getting exposure to various industries. Ø Coordinating for Industrial visits Ø Testimonials & creatives for social media regarding placements Ø Designing and handling the Placement training process Ø Career counseling for students regarding opting for Higher education/Placements/Family Business/Entrepreneurship Ø Counselling and training students regarding performance in internships and interviews. Ø Documentation of academic placement report (Internships & Placements offer letters and tracker) Qualification & Experience: Should be MBA with experience in Placement and Corporate relations
