Responsibilities :-

- Responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration
- Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA
- Implement and deliver post implementation support strategy.
- Work with functional teams to execute cut over strategy, plans
- Participate in project status meetings and project reviews
- Responsible for working with the Infrastructure Team to bring closure to all BASIS-impacting activities initiated by the Infrastructure Team
- Report progress, status, problems, issues and changes
- Ensure Infrastructure Team members adhere to quality control and other project standards
- Keep Infrastructure Team members up-to-date with current project status and other information
- Escalate Basis Team issues to the BASIS team leader for resolution
- Recommend contingency actions if slippage occurs in the project plan

Technical Skill
- Installing, configuring and maintaining SAP APO components:
- SCM ABAP
- SCM APO Livecache
- SCM Optimizer
- SCM Java Business Packages
- SCM HA and DR techniques
- SAP MaxDB database experience
- Installation and configuration of HA environment, with Unix and Windows environments
- Configuration and administration of ,SAP BASIS SERVER and can prepare root cause investigations for escalated technical issues.
- Installing and Maintaining kickstart environment
- Implementation : 1 Life cycle End to end for large global customers with complex landscape.
- Upgrade : Hands on upgrade exposure, SAP Version upgrade as well as EHP upgrades
- Writing scripts to acomplish day to day system administration task
- Configuring and supporting domains with large SAP landscapes with interfaces for legacy systems.
- Troubleshooting Application, Hardware, database and Operating system related issue
- Capacity planning and fine tune system for optimal performance, from Application and database perspective
- Good understanding of netweaver components, like EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, Solman, Trex and collabration, MDM, with integration
and initial configuartions setups to achieve business continuity.
- Understanding of SAN and NAS storage.
