Job Title : Senior .NET Development and SupportJob Location : Hyderabad/Begumpet/BangaloreExperience : 7-10 YearsPosition : Full TimeShifts : 2pm to 11 pm Job Summary :As senior Development and Support Analyst, the incumbent is expected to be a part of a team of 2-3 members lead and contribute to solution delivery through SDLC activities (Need analysis, feasibility study, design, development, testing, deployment, support, etc.) as per business requirement. This role will have a flair of both development and L3 Production support with more emphasis on Development. Required :- At least 7 years' experience in Microsoft .Net and database development, with hands-on experience in MS-SQL and Postgres.- Excellent soft skills, including effective communication, accountability, ownership, and a service-oriented attitude. Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain software applications using Python or Microsoft .Net, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.- Design and implement database schemas and queries for MS-SQL and Postgres databases, optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Participate in code reviews, adhere to best practices in software development, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.- Provide production support. Optional (but advantageous) :- Experience with AWS Cloud Compute and AWS Cloud Services (EKS, Lambda, SQS, Amazon S3).- Familiarity with job schedulers such as CA Autosys, AWS Batch, or Apache Airflow.- Experience with Terraform scripting for infrastructure as code.- Experience in .Net development. Qualifications :- 16 years of formal education in a related field or equivalent.- Expert full-stack development skills with n-tier applications utilizing the following technologies: .Net and SQL Server- Approaches software engineering as a craft with continuous learning mindset- Experience with code branching strategies needed in large scale development efforts - i.e., multiple teams- Critical thinking to break down problems and evaluate solutions for better decision making.- Experience working with a team leveraging Agile mindset, disciplines and practices- Excellent time leadership skills and a strong sense of urgency.- Initiative and desire to learn new skills/technologies and remain up-to-date with the latest trends; real passion for solving technical problemsMandatory : Good Communications Skills.
