Job description
- Design Engaging and Responsive Landing Pages : Create visually appealing layouts that are userfriendly and tailored to client needs.
- CMS Integration and Data Feeds : Seamlessly integrate clientspecific CMS programs and data feeds into websites to enhance functionality.
- Optimization : Ensure sites are optimized for maximum speed and scalability to provide a smooth user experience.
- Best Practices Implementation : Employ industry and design best practices throughout the website build process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Website Testing : Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify and resolve any issues prior to launch.
- Collaboration with Developers : Work closely with backend developers to ensure web and app logic is properly integrated for full functionality.
- Device Compatibility : Guarantee website stability and performance across various devices including desktop mobile and tablet.
- Brand Incorporation : Collaborate with marketing and research teams to incorporate brand elements and market research findings into the website design.
- Support and Customer Service : Provide both internal support and external customer service throughout the website build and launch process ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong Portfolio : Demonstrated ability in handling complex design projects and successful delivery.
- Technical Proficiency : Skilled in HTML CSS jQuery and JavaScript. A good understanding of frontend development principles is a must.
- UI/UX Design : Understanding of key design principles and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Responsive and Adaptive Design : Experience crafting websites that provide seamless experiences across different device sizes.
- SEO and Analytics : Knowledge of SEO practices and integrating analytical tools like Google Analytics for website performance tracking.
- Version Control : Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
- CMS Knowledge : Strong understanding of CMS systems (e.g. WordPress Joomla Drupal) to cater to diverse client needs.
- Design Tools : Proficiency in Photoshop Sketch Illustrator and other design software.
- Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with backend developers and understand serverside technologies.
- Time Management : Excellent timemanagement skills with the ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Educational Background : Degree in a relevant field such as web design computer science or graphic design.
- Experience : 23 years of experience in a similar role showcasing a track record of successful web design projects.
