Job description

Description :The ITSM Product Owner is responsible for the development, enhancement, and optimization of IT Service Management tools and processes. They work closely with stakeholders, including IT teams, end-users, and leadership, to ensure that ITSM solutions meet business needs and drive efficiency in IT service delivery.More specifically in the transformation phase of RD, the product owner will gather local and regional support processes and guide them towards a centralized global catalog where the global support team will be able to treat them.Key Responsibilities :Product Vision and Strategy :Define a roadmap and strategy for the continuous improvement of ITSM capabilities, working towards a central global IT support.Stakeholder Collaboration :Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on input from various stakeholders.Requirements Definition :Clearly articulate and document user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.Product Backlog Management :Prioritize features and enhancements in the product backlog based on business value and strategic goals.Regularly review and refine the backlog to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.User Experience and Design :Work with UX/UI designers to ensure that ITSM tools provide a user-friendly experience.Advocate for end-users and incorporate user feedback into product improvements.Performance Metrics and Reporting :Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for ITSM tools and processes.Monitor and report on the performance of ITSM solutions, identifying areas for improvement.Training and Documentation :Develop training materials and documentation for end-users and IT staff.Conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of ITSM tools.Continuous Improvement :Drive a culture of continuous improvement within ITSM processes and tools.Qualifications and Skills :Several years of experience in ITSM or related roles.Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or other IT service management frameworks.Strong understanding of ITSM tools and technologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
